Your first visit may last from 30 to 90 minutes. In most cases, pain reduction and functional improvement are observed after the first treatment.

You can cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment. A $55 fee will be incurred for cancellations shorter than 48 hours or for "No Shows."
1. Bring a list of any questions you have. We will carefully discuss each of them with you.
2. Wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy access to acupuncture points.
3. Do not eat large meals just before or after your visit.
4. Avoid stressful situations before and between visits. Take time to relax, and be sure to get plenty of rest.
5. Take notes of changes that occur along the way, such as pain alleviation or changes in the frequency and type of problems.
